"How do I place an Order?"
Simply choose your desired style, then select your colour and correct size required ... then click on "Add to Cart" and complete the 'checkout' process.
Alternatively, we would be only too pleased to assist you over the phone with your order and may be contacted on 03 9886 9184 during our business hours of Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
"How do I pay?"
At present there are two options. Firstly, you may choose to pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard's accepted) at checkout, by completing your credit card details online. Importantly, this is a completely secure option.
Alternatively, should you feel more comfortable, you may call theredcarpet.com.au on 03 9886 9184 and provide your credit card details personally over the phone.
"What happens next?"
Within a one (1) hour, you will receive email notification that your order has been received and is being acted upon. Thereafter, theredcarpet.com.au will be in contact with you within one (1) business day to confirm that your specified gown and products are available by the 'Wear Date' and in turn that your payment has been processed. Should we not be able to meet your order, you will be advised accordingly and your payment will not be processed.
"Can I make a small change in the design?"
As each gown is made individually for each order, in some cases we are able to offer the ability to make a small change in the design at a nominal surcharge. Of course this is not always possible, however is certainly worth asking us. Please email us at enquiry@theredcarpet.com.au with your query and we will respond as soon as possible.
"Can you make a wedding or evening gown in a colour not on the colour swatch?"
Essentially, we are unable to do so, however our vast range of colours and gorgeous fabrics is continually increasing so please check back regularly.
"Why are your gowns so inexpensive?"
theredcarpet.com.au deals directly with the manufacturer and therefore is able to pass on the financial benefits to our customers. We are very proud of the quality and workmanship of each and every gown and in turn we offer exceptional value for money.
"Do you have other styles?"
Yes, excitingly, our manufacturer launches two (2) completely new and fabulous collections each year. We will release them to the Australian market online at the same time as they are released in the US and other international marketplaces.
In addition, theredcarpet.com.au is committed to continually expanding its online product range so we suggest that you regularly check back for new designs and styles.
