About the Gowns
theredcarpet.com.au is very proud of our association with Landa Designs, a leading US designer of special occasion, bridal, pageant and prom wear. The workmanship and quality of all the gowns is of a very high standard with an intricate attention to detail, and many gowns featuring exquisite handbeading and embroidery.
Each and every gown is manufactured specifically for each client, hence the ability to be able to offer small custom changes to the design at a nominal surcharge.
Above all, our ability to offer such exceptional value for money is because we deal directly with the manufacturer and we pass those financial benefits onto our customers.
Clearance Sale Gowns

All orders received prior to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day by Australia Post Express Post service.

The Red Carpet strictly adheres to a 'No Refund/Exchange' Policy. Therefore we stress that you choose your style and select your size carefully.

For your appropriate size, please refer to the Size Chart relevant to the category of gown. As an example, for Bridal Gowns please refer to 'Size Chart - Bridal', and so on. As stated above, it is important to measure carefully.

No custom changes can be made to 'sale gowns'.

All orders must be paid in full at time of order. All payments will be processed immediately confirmation is received that we are able to successfully fulfil your order.
Custom Changes
Extraordinarily, because each gown is made for each client, in some cases, we are able to make small custom changes to the design at a nominal surcharge. Of course this may not always be possible, however to enquire, please contact us at enquiry@theredcarpet.com.au.
Return Policy
As all gowns and accessories are made specifically and individually for each customer, theredcarpet.com.au strictly adheres to a 'No Refund' Policy. This policy includes no refund / return / exchange or cancellation. To elaborate, each gown is manufactured to each client's requirements including style, colour and size required and it is for this reason that we are unable to return any gowns to the manufacturer. Therefore we particularly stress that you measure and select your size carefully.
Importantly, all gowns and accessories are inspected thoroughly prior to despatch to our clients. If for any reason, we find a defect in the merchandise, it is immediately sent back to the manufacturer for replacement, prior to despatch to our customer.
Availability
On receipt of all orders, theredcarpet.com.au will confirm availability of the desired gown and / or accessory with the manufacturer. Once confirmed with the manufacturer, your payment will be processed immediately and in turn confirmation sent to you, the client, accordingly. Importantly, payment will not be processed until confirmation of availability is received from the manufacturer.
All orders are acted upon within one (1) business day.
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery timeframe for orders varies considerably, however as a gauge please refer to the following :
Gowns : As a guideline, please refer to the following delivery timeframes :
Bridesmaids Dresses : Five (5) to Six (6) weeks of receipt of order.
All Other Collections : Eight (8) to Ten (10) weeks of receipt of order.
It is our aim to ensure delivery of all orders well within these timeframes. It is therefore important that each customer completes the 'Wear Date' section so that we may work towards fulfiling the order within the timeframe. If it is not possible for us to deliver within the specified timeframe, theredcarpet.com.au will advise the client immediately.
Importantly, in some cases, we are able to arrange a 'rush order', however a small surcharge will apply. A 'rush order' may be delivered within four (4) weeks of date of order.
Shoes & Custom Ties : Again, please allow for 21 days for delivery of Shoes and Custom Ties, however if required earlier please advise us and we will be able to let you know a more accurate delivery date.
Accessories : Most accessories are available for despatch within five (5) working days of receipt of order.
Please note that payment will not be processed until confirmation is received that your order can be filled in time for the 'Wear Date'.
Sizing
All sizes listed are US sizings.
For your appropriate size, please refer to the Size Chart relevant to the category of gown. As an example, for Bridal Gowns please refer to 'Size Chart - Bridal', and so on. As stated above, it is important to measure carefully.
Further, our experience is that small alterations are necessary to most of the gowns such as hemline and side seams. These alterations are simple and can be carried out by most dressmakers in your locality. The cost of alterations are not included in the price of the gown.

All prices quoted in this website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of the relevant GST. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full at time of order. All payments will be processed immediately confirmation is received from the manufacturer that your order can be fulfilled to your specifications and within the timeframe.
theredcarpet.com.au accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards as payment for your purchase. On processing, you will receive a confirmation of purchase via email. Alternatively, your credit card details, may be provided to theredcarpet.com.au over the phone by calling 03 9886 9184 after completing your shopping cart order.
Shipping
All orders are despatched through the Australia Post service, both within Australia and internationally. An email will be forwarded to you on the day of despatch to advise that your order has been sent.
